It is of wood frame construction and has a shingle exterior. The house is in the Wakefield Park neighborhood, the development of which began in 1886. The area was promoted as having a healthful and beautiful environment, with elegant homes and building restrictions. Photos taken at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2008.
The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Wakefield Park Historic District.
